Dependability with the willingness to work overtime This role aligns with previous military training as an Electronic Technician. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 8 or more hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and repetitive use of the hands and arms to perform job duties. Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely and effectively. Requires sufficient visual acuity to inspect parts, read work instructions, and perform quality checks. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to noise, moving machinery, varying temperatures, and other industrial conditions while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Then there is a paragraph about company history: "LI Since our founding in 1983, Benshaw has grown..." This seems like filler but contains substantive info about company. Might be considered "About the role"? Actually it's about company. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put company overview under About the role (or maybe a separate section but not listed). We'll put under About the role. Then: "We offer competitive pay, medical, vision and dental benefits, 401(k) with employer match, as well as a host of other additional health and employee benefits." That's Benefits and Pay info. So we need Benefits section (list benefits) and Pay section (mention competitive pay). Since they say competitive pay but no specific number, we should not create Pay section if it's just "competitive pay" without specifics? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "states them" - they do state "competitive pay" and benefits. So we can include Pay section with that statement. However they also say "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". "competitive pay" is not exactly filler but it's vague. Might be considered placeholder? The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. "competitive pay" is somewhat vague but still a statement. I'd include it. Schedule: they gave Shift Schedule: Monday- Thursday; 2pm- 12:30am. That's specific. So include Schedule section. Location: we could include under About the role maybe as a paragraph. Now we need to decide sections: - About the role: include Position Overview, Location, company overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications? Or Requirements could be Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications could be Desired Skills And Experience? Actually they have Minimum Qualifications and Desired Skills And Experience. We could map Minimum Qualifications to Requirements, Desired Skills And Experience to Skills. Or we could have Qualifications for Minimum Qualifications and Skills for Desired Skills And Experience. The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We'll need to decide. We have Minimum Qualifications (2+ years experience, HS diploma/GED). That's Requirements. We have Desired Skills And Experience (Associate in Electronics, teamwork, troubleshooting, schematic reading, computer skills, dependability, overtime willingness, military training). That's Skills. We could also have Qualifications maybe for education? But we already used Requirements for HS diploma. Could also put Qualifications for Associate degree? But we already have Skills. Maybe we can put Qualifications for Minimum Qualifications and Skills for Desired Skills And Experience, and leave Requirements empty? But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for both. So we can have: - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (2+ years experience, HS diploma/GED) - Qualifications: maybe education? Actually Minimum Qualifications already includes HS diploma. Could treat Qualifications as "Associates in Electronics or equivalent" (desired). But that's also under Desired Skills And Experience. Hmm. Better to follow typical pattern: Requirements = mandatory (minimum qualifications). Qualifications = preferred qualifications (desired). Skills = specific abilities/technical skills. But the instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We can allocate: - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (2+ years experience testing/troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies; Completed High School diploma/GED) - Qualifications: Associates in Electronics or equivalent (maybe also "This role aligns with previous military training as an Electronic Technician.") but that's more like a note. - Skills: Ability to work in a team environment; Experience troubleshooting electronic panels and assemblies down to the component; Ability to read a schematic; Computer skills - Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook; Dependability with the willingness to work overtime. We could also include "Associates in Electronics or equivalent" under Qualifications. Physical Requirements: Could be under Requirements? But we have a separate section for Physical Requirements not in list. Could we incorporate into Requirements? The instruction only mentions those headings; we could add a section for Physical Requirements if we want, but not in the list. Better to incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or maybe under a separate section not listed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples but not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should fit all content under those headings. Physical requirements could go under Requirements or maybe under Skills? Probably under Requirements as they are job requirements. We'll include them there. Now Benefits: list medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with employer match, host of other additional health and employee benefits. Pay: competitive pay. Schedule: Monday-Thursday; 2pm-12:30am. Location: maybe under About the role. Now we need to strip boilerplate: Remove EEO statement, "Please Note: This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States..." etc. Also remove "LI Since our founding..."? Actually that's company info, we keep. Remove "LI Powered by JazzHR". Also remove duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
