We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes: Position Profile (could be About the role). Essential Functions (Responsibilities). Required Education And Experience (Qualifications). Competencies (Skills). Position Type, Work Environment & Travel (Schedule? maybe schedule info). Salary Range (Pay). Benefits Offered (Benefits). Also Direct Reports etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc (none). Remove duplicated lines. Remove application instructions (none). Remove cookie/navigation etc. We need to format using

headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to decide sections: About the role (Position Profile). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Qualifications (Required Education And Experience). Skills (Competencies). Benefits (Benefits Offered). Pay (Salary Range). Schedule (Position Type, Work Environment & Travel includes core hours, travel, etc). Possibly also include Direct Reports? Might be part of About the role. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Salary range is given, so Pay section okay. Benefits list given. Schedule: core hours Monday-Friday 9-3, travel 10-20% etc. That's substantive. We need to ensure we use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. For sections like Essential Functions which is a list of many bullet-like items but not formatted as list in source; we can convert to

      • . Similarly for Competencies list. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all points from each section. Responsibilities

            ... each bullet as
          • ...
But we have multiple subcategories; we could keep them as separate
under each subheading? The instruction: use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't say we cannot have headings inside list. Could also break into multiple

                            • . We'll treat as list. We must not create sections with filler. All sections have content. Let's craft HTML. Be careful to escape any special characters like & etc. Use & for &. We'll output:
