Electrical Technician Foreman

About the role

Responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance and repair tasks in a facility setting. Leads a team of electricians in completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train electricians in performing complex electrical work.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all electrical needs are met.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and construction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.

Pay
