Electrical Technician Foreman
About the role
Responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance and repair tasks in a facility setting. Leads a team of electricians in completing projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train electricians in performing complex electrical work.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all electrical needs are met.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement safety protocols for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.

Pay
