About the Role

Pureflow is seeking an Electrical Technician to build, wire, test, install, and troubleshoot industrial electrical control panels and water treatment systems. This hands-on role supports both shop production and field installation work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Build safe, neat, and orderly industrial control panels with properly labeled, terminated, and bundled wiring.
  • Follow schematics and complete panel layout, wiring, inspection, and testing.
  • Install control panels and water treatment equipment, including interconnect cabling and conduit at customer facilities.
  • Perform skid electrical work, including mounting panels, running conduit, pulling wire, and terminating wiring.
  • Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues in the shop and at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic components; test systems and make final adjustments.
  • Calibrate pressure, level, resistivity, and other types of instrumentation.
  • Redline schematics to document changes and maintain accurate records.
  • Support UL 508A compliance and follow all customer site safety requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of electrical experience including running conduit, pulling wire, and terminating based on wire schedules or electrical schematics.
  • Experience building, wiring, testing, or troubleshooting electrical control panels preferred.
  • Technical certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of NEC and UL 508A standards preferred.
  • Experience with motors, motor control, relays, switches, PLCs, instrumentation, or industrial controls preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills preferred.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Comfortable reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Enjoy troubleshooting, problem solving, and building reliable systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to support shop work and local or out-of-state field work as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb steps and ladders routinely.
  • Ability to push up to 100 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl, and reach as needed.
