About the Role

Scope involves installing Generators/UPS systems within Walmart stores nationwide. You will typically travel with two other individuals in a company vehicle to various Walmart locations. Some sites may have teams of 4-6 people, while others may involve single work, depending on the client and job.

Candidate must travel to Lowell, Arkansas at their own expense for Orientation on Day 1. After orientation, you will be on the clock. Your personal vehicle will remain in a secure spot at Wachter headquarters (Lowell, AR) while you travel in a company vehicle for the entire project.

Working hours are typically six days a week for 10 hours per day (60 hours weekly on average). Travel is nationwide in a company vehicle, with opportunities to return home for a few days during breaks in the schedule.

Hotels are paid in advance by Wachter. Meals are paid out of pocket and expensed weekly ($45 per day for food, $315 weekly, not taxed). A gas card will be provided.

Responsibilities

Install Generators/UPS systems within Walmart stores nationwide.
Travel to various job sites with a team in a company vehicle.
Adhere to project schedules and work collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

JM license (not an apprentice license) or UPS install experience (license can be from anywhere).
Valid Driver’s License and must be over 21 to qualify as a company driver.
Must take an assessment in advance of an interview.
Willingness to travel nationwide and work extended hours (60 hours weekly on average).

Pay

$30 - $40 per hour.
