Electrical Team Lead, Robotics

Job Functions

• Maintain safe work environment, constantly strive to improve 5S and safety.
• Improving quality through standardization, updating/improving work instructions, process inspection, and confirmation of daily quality checks.
• Management/improvement of production hours and line stop times.
• Improvement of machine uptime through TPM activities.
• Promoting kaizen activity - Constantly identifying and implementing improvements (safety, quality, cost, and delivery).
• Create a teamwork atmosphere through excellent communication and respect for people.
• Visualization of daily management KPI's to find and drive opportunities for improvement.
• Daily management - Confirm countermeasures for defects/problems, production management, and manage project schedules.
• Lead problem solving activity as necessary.

Required Qualifications And Preferred Skills

• Results-driven, able to identify problem/improvement opportunities through the use of visual management tools, such as weak point management, pareto diagrams, and other TPS tools.
• Exceptional people skills - ability to motivate and inspire.
• Subject matter expert in relevant area of responsibility.
• 3+ years of Leadership experience (or comparable experience) in a high production, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Minimum High School or GED diploma.
