In the role of Electrical Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to: Assist the Electrical Area Business Class Lead with management and culture of the overall business class by being the direct supervisor of a team of up to 8 Electrical engineers, EITs, coordinators, and designers with varying degrees of experienceWork as a collaborative team with other discipline Team Leads and the Area Business Class Lead for work staffing and project proposalsProvide team leadership with a focus on technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring, and staff developmentFunction as design lead or engineering project manager for key projectsAssist in ensuring all work is planned, organized, controlled, and coordinated with Project ManagersAssist the Area Electrical Business Class Lead in the recruitment and growth of the business class in ColoradoPerform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical focusExperienced in development and management of diverse teamsActive engagement in professional and technical societiesPreference given to local candidates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 7 years experience Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role Strong communication and listening skills Ability to handle multiple assignments Good leadership and organizational skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
