Electrical Supervisor (1139518)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical maintenance operations within a plywood facility
• Supervise electricians and contractors, ensuring productivity and safe work practices
• Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues to reduce downtime
• Cover scheduling, labor, and materials for maintenance tasks
• Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and HMIs
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
• Background in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Solid communication, organization, and team development skills
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and process efficiency
