Electrical Superintendent

You will serve as the primary onsite electrical leader, directly managing field operations and driving high-stakes commercial and federal power projects. This role grants you authority to lead complex electrical installations, direct subcontractor crews, and maintain zero-tolerance safety. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure complex electrical systems install strictly to plans and codes.
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate diverse onsite electrical crews and specialized subcontractors.
- Enforce rigorous electrical safety protocols and continuous compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA regulations.
- Interface directly with owners, engineers, and municipal inspectors to resolve electrical design or site issues.
- Monitor electrical schedules, conduit/wire deliveries, and resource allocations to eliminate project delays.
- Maintain comprehensive daily site logs, safety inspection reports, and electrical operational transparency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of dedicated electrical superintendent or supervisory field management experience.
- Proven track record leading complex commercial, industrial, or federal electrical construction sites.
- Deep operational expertise in high/voltage distribution, switchgear, controls, and conduit installation.
- Excellent communication, crew leadership, and high-stakes troubleshooting capabilities on active job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrical License.
- Active OSHA 30 certification and NFPA 70E safety training.
- Previous experience managing federal ID/IQ or government facility electrical infrastructure contracts.
