Electrical Superintendent

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent
• Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed
• Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
• Able to assist in project planning and ordering material
• Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software

Pay

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 yearly (based on experience)
