About the role
We're seeking a talented and driven Superintendent to lead our team of electrical superintendents, foremen, and field crews. This position involves regular, short notice travel to work sites and provides oversight and management of the team.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and oversight of onsite electrical superintendent / foremen
- Job reviews at key milestones (initial, 25%, 50%, 75%, and closeout)
- Cost to complete budget updates and assistance with manpower, material, and equipment needs
- Regular reviews and projections of foremen and manpower
- Collaboration with project managers and general contractors
- Mentoring and directing foremen and construction electricians
- Communication with project managers and company leadership
- Ordering, receiving, and distributing materials on job sites
Requirements
- 15+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience, license preferred
- Previous superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites
- Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience with Procore preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Valid drivers license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime
Qualifications
- Ability to mentor and direct foremen and construction electricians
- Knowledgeable in electrical systems and practices
- Experience with electrical project planning and execution
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Microsoft Office skills
- OSHA certifications (30, CPR/First Aid)
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
