Our employee-owned company has immediate full-time openings in a variety of industrial, commercial, healthcare, federal, and wastewater sectors. All positions are regular, full-time, and benefits eligible.

About the role

We are seeking a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments. A strong drive for construction project management is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment. Immediate contributions are expected.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility, utilizing all resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, and applicable regulations
  • Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend corrective actions as needed; conduct accident investigations when required
  • Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, standards, and procedures
  • Motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain a high standard of work
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control
  • Organize and plan the work for which you are responsible, ensuring all necessary materials, tools, and information are prepared in advance
  • Maintain a daily job journal detailing actual events, decisions, and progress

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Positive safety attitude and personal integrity
  • Strong customer service orientation and team player; ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements
  • Insured personal transportation required
  • At least 7 years of prior experience in electrical construction (DOD, healthcare, industrial, or premier commercial sectors)
  • Expertise in estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2-4 years of related experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E
  • Ability to manage risk and profitability effectively
