About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee all electrical construction activities for a large-scale Data Center construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mission-critical facilities, electrical systems installation, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all electrical construction activities on-site
• Supervise electrical systems installation for mission-critical facilities
• Manage workforce, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in data center or mission-critical construction
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Ability to lead and supervise a diverse workforce
