We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes Position Overview And Primary Duties And Responsibilities (essential Functions). That's essentially the role description. Could map to "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities/duties, qualifications (required and preferred), physical demands maybe part of qualifications? Could be under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Also we have Salary range: $75,000 to $81,000 per year => Pay section. No explicit Benefits or Schedule given (though schedule mentions occasional other than normal duty hours, evenings, weekends, holidays). That could be schedule info. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Schedule is mentioned: "The employee is occasionally required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: not mentioned. So omit Benefits. We need to not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it. So we don't add a heading for Electrical Shop Supervisor. We need to include minor metadata like Job ID etc folded into short p or drop. There's none. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. We'll structure:

About the role

maybe with paragraph summarizing overview? But we have detailed duties. Could put responsibilities under

Responsibilities

with
  • ... each duty. We also have "Position Overview And Primary Duties And Responsibilities (essential Functions)" which is basically responsibilities. We could have About the role short paragraph: "Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Shop Supervisor supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK." Then responsibilities list. Then

    Qualifications

with Required and Preferred maybe separate subheadings? But only allowed headings are those listed; we could still use

    for Required Qualifications and

for Preferred Qualifications? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those. We could combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications with
    • for each. But we need to preserve all detail; we can list required qualifications as bullet points, then preferred qualifications as bullet points under a subheading maybe using or separate

. Since we cannot add extra headings not in list? Might be okay to add a

      but instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g...). It doesn't forbid other headings but says use

for section headings (e.g...). Probably they expect only those headings. So we should not create extra headings like Required Qualifications. Instead we can have a single Qualifications section with paragraphs distinguishing required vs preferred. Similarly Skills maybe not needed. We have Pay: Salary range. Schedule: mention occasional other than normal duty hours. We'll output:

      Pay

Salary range: $75,000 to $81,000 per year.

      Schedule

The employee is occasionally required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

We need to ensure no extra headings like "Physical Demands". That's not in allowed list; we could incorporate physical demands into Qualifications or maybe a separate section? Not allowed. Could we add a

Requirements? The physical demands could be part of Qualifications. We could add a paragraph under Qualifications for physical demands. But we already have Required and Preferred; we could add another bullet list under Required for physical demands. However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could also have a Requirements section separate from Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications; we could put physical demands under Requirements. Let's think: The posting includes "Physical Demands:" details. That is a requirement. So we could create a

      Requirements

section and put physical demands there. Then Qualifications section for education, experience, licenses, etc. That seems reasonable. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid duplication. Let's move physical demands to Requirements. Requirements section: include physical demands bullet list. Qualifications section: include required and preferred qualifications (education, experience, licenses, etc.) as before. Let's craft. Requirements:
      • While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
      • The employee must be able to hear and speak.
      • Work is performed indoors and outdoors; outdoor work is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions.
      • The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; lifts exceeding 50 pounds will be accomplished with two‑man teams and using appropriate safety equipment.
      • The employee must be able to work in confined spaces or at heights of 120 feet (such as in a manlift/boomlift).
      • The employee is occasionally required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
      • This position may currently and/or in the future be required to obtain and retain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) and/or Personal Clearance (PCL) as required by law or contract.
      • Position requires pre‑employment drug screening.
But note schedule overlap: we already have Schedule section; we could keep schedule info there and not duplicate. However the physical demands includes schedule info; we could keep schedule info only in Schedule section and not duplicate in Requirements. Let's keep schedule only in Schedule section. So Requirements will exclude the schedule bullet. Thus Requirements bullets: standing/walking, hearing/speaking, indoor/outdoor, lifting, confined spaces/heights, NAC/PCL, drug screening. Now Schedule section: mention occasional other than normal duty hours, evenings, weekends, holidays. Now we need to ensure we didn't repeat schedule info elsewhere. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Position requires pre-employment drug screening." That's substantive, keep. Now we need to ensure we didn't include "Ability to adapt to changes in technology." etc in Qualifications. Now we need to ensure we didn't include "Excellent communication skills" etc. Now we need to ensure we didn't include "Basic skills in using various computer software" etc. Now we need to ensure we didn't include "U.S.
