Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from planning to completion
- Conduct on-site job walk-throughs and coordinate preconstruction meetings
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
- Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and performance benchmarks
- Write detailed scopes of work and collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Identify and estimate potential change orders proactively
- Collaborate with estimators for pricing, submitting, and tracking changes
- Affirm compliance with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Assist field crews when needed and maintain quality control across job sites
- Seek out new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent field experience
- Deep understanding of industrial and commercial electrical systems
- Proven experience with electrical projects up to $1 million
- Familiarity with construction documentation and cost control practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, perform material take-offs, and write proposals
- Field installation background is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Must be a self-starter with a solution-focused mindset

Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid position with regular in-person site visits
Location
- Hybrid (Fieldwork and Remote Coordination)
- Based in proximity to Empire Electric Maintenance's regional service areas
