Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee multiple small to medium projects, or one large project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Supervise and support field staff and Foremen in daily project administration.
- Maintain strong relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and office teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all BEI safety procedures and relevant electrical codes are followed.
- Track project progress through regular reports and maintain all required documentation and logs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, reliable service delivery, and long-term partnerships.
- Cookordination effectively with site coordinators, clients, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (field and/or office experience welcomed).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing commercial/industrial electrical projects.
- Ability to lead and mentor field teams while communicating effectively with clients.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Experience working in hospital environments with familiarity in inspections and compliance requirements from governing and regulatory bodies overseeing hospitals.
- OSHPD/HCAi experience is preferred but not required.
