About the role
PureGrid Electrical is seeking a Project Manager with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will oversee mid-sized industrial electrical projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of electrical projects, ensuring safe and timely execution.
- Coordinate with field operations, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Track and procure materials, including switchgear and transformers, to minimize delays.
- Monitor project budgets, process billings, and manage subcontracts to maintain financial integrity.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with clients, engineers, and contractors to keep everyone informed.
- Maintain project documentation and control technical aspects throughout the construction process.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of Project Management or Assistant Project Manager experience in electrical subcontracting.
- Exposure to industrial electrical or commercial design-build projects.
- Solid understanding of medium-to-heavy industrial electrical work, power distribution equipment, and construction blueprints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency with construction management software, particularly Procore and Bluebeam.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to support nationwide job sites during key project phases.

- Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems and construction blueprints.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
