About the role

Join our team as a hands-on Project Engineer delivering innovative engineering solutions for critical infrastructure. This remote role is ideal for an Electrical Project Engineer with experience in low to medium voltage power systems, particularly within industrial or plant settings. You’ll lead detailed design efforts, perform engineering calculations and power system studies (arc flash, short circuit, coordination), and collaborate with designers to produce high-quality drawing packages. Your background in industrial facilities will help you design around existing systems, site constraints, and operational needs.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including civil/structural, protection & controls, and automation—to deliver cohesive solutions, engage with clients through site visits, and mentor junior team members. While primarily remote, occasional in-office presence or travel may be required for client meetings, team events, or fieldwork.
