Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate project management activities.
- Ensure projects include all required scope and only the required scope.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control project completion within contractual schedules.
- Understand and manage interdependencies among project tasks.
- Estimate, budget, manage, and control project costs according to approved budgets.
- Align project work with quality policies, procedures, objectives, and standards.
- Analyze and recommend project resource needs to appropriate company leaders.
- Manage project information throughout its lifecycle.
- Handle changes to scope, schedule, and cost, including internal and client changes.
- Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and response planning.
- Purchase or acquire project-related products, services, or results through Request For Proposal events.
- Identify, analyze, and engage stakeholders to support project decisions and execution.
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, 7+ in a Project Management position.
- PMP certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months of employment.
- Experience in engineering and design of high voltage (69-500kV) transmission lines using PLS-CADD.
- Knowledge of conducting analysis to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
