  • Guide customers through equipment diagnostics, repairs, and technical solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, research technical documentation, and identify replacement parts.
  • Manage incoming technical inquiries, follow up on open cases, and ensure timely, accurate assistance.
  • Document technical cases, customer interactions, and troubleshooting activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on warranty claims, technical campaigns, equipment registration, and spare parts inquiries.
  • Program electronic control units (ECUs) and other machine control components to meet customer requirements.
  • Participate in technical training and educational opportunities to stay current on Haulotte equipment and technology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of combined technical experience in heavy equipment repair, aerial work platforms, industrial machinery, material handling equipment, or field service.
  • Advanced understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Experience troubleshooting motor controllers, machine controls, AC/DC circuits, and related equipment.
  • Proficiency using diagnostic tools, including multimeters.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation, equipment diagnostics, and repair procedures.

Skills

  • Previous experience providing customer technical support, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and professionally.
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software such as Salesforce.
