About the role

M. C. Dean is seeking an HVAC Technician 3 in Honolulu, HI with a security clearance. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems in critical facilities
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards
• Perform preventive maintenance checks on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues using technical knowledge and tools
• Work closely with other technicians and facility management staff

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Security clearance required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Experience with HVAC systems and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
