About the role

The Electrical Lead position is responsible for overseeing the electrical operations and maintenance tasks within the Buffalo, NY facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the electrical operations and maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Train and mentor other electrical technicians
• Develop and implement improvement plans for electrical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex electrical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field
• Experience leading teams and managing projects
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
