About the Role
As an Industrial Electrician Journeyperson, you will handle the layout, installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of complex electrical equipment and circuits. You will troubleshoot control systems, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Maintain and repair electrical equipment
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions promptly
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- At least six years of related experience or a relevant Department of Labor certification
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in work hours, including overtime and shifts
- Must pass assessments, drug tests, and background checks
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Operate mobile equipment
