Electrical Journeyman

About the role

Tibshraeny Electric is seeking an Electrical Journeyman to build high-quality commercial and industrial power systems in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time position focusing on commercial and industrial electrical work. No mandatory licenses or certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise electrical installations for commercial and industrial facilities according to blueprint specifications.
• Install conduit systems, wiring, and power distribution components with a high level of technical accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman and team members to streamline daily field operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and equipment to ensure all installations function at peak performance.
• Document material needs and progress updates to support the successful completion of project milestones.

Requirements

• Significant field experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining detailed installation standards.
• Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic in a field setting.
• Ability to follow complex technical instructions and safety protocols without constant supervision.
• Work requires good physical shape, ability to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in the electrical trade.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Advanced familiarity with industrial and commercial power distribution.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $36 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
