Electrical Journeyman
for each.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include content from WHO IS FIRSTCALL MECHANICAL? (company overview) maybe under About the role? Or maybe we can have About the role includes company description and position overview. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So we can choose which headings to include based on content.
We have content: Company description (WHO IS FIRSTCALL MECHANICAL?) and Position Overview (We are currently seeking...). Could combine under About the role.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: maybe Qualifications? The posting has Qualifications section (completion of apprenticeship, license, 4+ years, etc.) Also BEHAVIORAL PROFILE includes Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Physical Demands. Those could be under Skills or Requirements. We need to decide.
We have Qualifications heading already in posting. We can use that as Qualifications section.
Skills: could be Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Physical Demands. Could be under Skills.
Benefits: Benefits Overview.
Pay: Competitive Weekly Pay.
We also have Accountabilities and ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT maybe could be part of Responsibilities or About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include those details somewhere.
We could include Accountabilities under Responsibilities as additional bullet points. ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT: "This position is reported directly to the Manager." Could be a short paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact sentences? We can preserve substance but can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the information, not omit. We can keep the same wording but maybe restructure into HTML.
We need to avoid duplication: there is duplicate line "Founded in 1986," appears twice. We should keep only one.
Also remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is note about unsolicited resumes etc. That's application instructions/boilerplate; we should remove.
Also "NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive..." that's maybe boilerplate but it's substantive? It's a note about job description; could be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The note about not all-inclusive is not exactly those categories; it's a disclaimer. Might be okay to keep. But we could keep it as part of About the role? It's not essential but it's substantive. I'd keep it.
Now craft HTML.

Pay
Competitive Weekly Pay
We have duplicated Competitive Weekly Pay in Benefits and Pay; maybe we should not duplicate. Benefits already includes Competitive Weekly Pay as first bullet. Pay section could just state that pay is competitive weekly. But we already have it in Benefits. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep Pay section with just statement "Competitive Weekly Pay" and not duplicate in Benefits. But Benefits Overview includes Competitive Weekly Pay as a bullet. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in Benefits and also have Pay section but that would duplicate. Better to keep it only once. Since Benefits section already includes Competitive Weekly Pay, we could omit Pay section. However the rule: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state Competitive Weekly Pay, but we already have it in Benefits. Could we still have Pay section with same info? That would be duplication but not invented. Might be okay but better to avoid redundancy. I'd keep Pay section with short sentence and remove from Benefits bullet list to avoid duplication. But then we lose the benefit bullet about Competitive Weekly Pay. However the Benefits Overview includes that as a bullet; we could keep it there and also have Pay section referencing it; duplication but not harmful. The instruction didn't forbid duplication, just said do not repeat job title as heading and do not put Job ID as headings. It didn't forbid duplicate content. However earlier they said "remove duplicated lines". That refers to boilerplate duplicated lines. Duplicating the pay info might be considered duplication but it's not boilerplate. I'd keep it in Benefits and also have Pay section with same statement; it's okay. But to be safe, I'll keep Pay section with "Competitive Weekly Pay" and keep Benefits bullet list without that line (remove Competitive Weekly Pay from Benefits). However the Benefits Overview originally listed Competitive Weekly Pay as first bullet; removing it would lose that info. But we still have it in Pay section, so info preserved. That seems fine. Thus Benefits bullets will exclude Competitive Weekly Pay. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description includes "Founded in 1986, Statewide Conditioning offers a full range of HVAC services throughout New Jersey. Founded in 1986, they have grown to serve multiple Fortune 500 companies. Founded in 1986, Statewide partnered with FirstCall Mechanical in 2026." There's repetition of Founded in 1986 three times. We should deduplicate. We'll keep
