About the role

The Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation systems in a manufacturing facility. This role requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Experience with PLCs and SCADA systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
