We need to output only HTML fragment, with headings .
- Qualifications: includes "We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." Also maybe "Essential Skills And Experience" could be considered Qualifications? But we have separate Skills section. The instruction says we can have Qualifications and Skills separate. We'll put the citizenship sponsorship statement under Qualifications. Also maybe "Essential Skills And Experience" could be under Qualifications? But they are skills. However we have a Skills section for essential and valued. We'll separate: Qualifications: maybe includes education requirement? The posting says "A high school diploma and equivalent technical design experience". That's a qualification. Also "15 or more years of Electrical/Instrumentation & Controls design experience , including 2D & 3D." etc. Those are qualifications/experience. So we could put all experience requirements under Qualifications. Then Skills could be valued but not required? But the instruction says we can have both Qualifications and Skills sections. We'll decide: Qualifications: essential requirements (education, years experience, specific experience). Skills: valued but not required plus maybe technology innovation.
But we need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include both essential and valued sections.
Thus:
Qualifications: list of essential requirements (high school diploma, 15+ years experience, experience in review of deliverables, extensive drafting experience using AutoCAD/MicroStation, thorough understanding of drafting practices, ability to interface with other disciplines, experience in development of grounding layouts, underground duct bank, embedded conduit drawings, cable tray and exposed conduit layouts, instrument location plans, area classification plans, electrical equipment location drawings). We'll put as
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Hybrid work arrangement: three days in office, two remote. That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: includes "We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." Also "Essential Skills And Experience" etc. Might be considered Qualifications. - Skills: "Valued But Not Required Skills And Experience" etc. - Benefits: includes health & wellness, financial benefits, work-life balance list. Also compensation range. - Pay: compensation range $92,270.00 - $140,380.00. - About the role: maybe the first paragraph about hybrid work arrangement and opportunity to work and lead others... That could be "About the role". Also "About Sargent & Lundy" maybe not needed as heading? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (none given). Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should remove "Equal Opportunity" paragraph, also "About Sargent & Lundy" maybe considered boilerplate? But it contains benefits info; but we have separate Benefits section. The "About Sargent & Lundy" includes health & wellness etc. We'll extract benefits from there. Also "Technology & Innovation" paragraph maybe not needed as a specific heading; could be omitted unless fits Skills? Might be considered part of Skills? It mentions experience with AI etc valued but not required. Could be placed under Skills as valued but not required. But we already have a Valued But Not Required Skills section. We'll incorporate. "About This Business Unit" maybe not needed as a heading; could be omitted. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific responsibilities list, qualifications details, skills list, benefits list, pay range, schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Ensure we only create sections when there is real specific content. Thus sections: - About the role: includes hybrid work arrangement and opportunity to work and lead others in project team environment in design, modification, upgrade of power plant electrical systems. Also maybe mention "This role offers a hybrid work arrangement..." and "This position will offer you the opportunity to work and lead others..." We'll put that in About the role. - Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Responsibilities You will be responsible for..." includes list: review, supervision, providing technical guidance in production of design deliverables, including the following: Cable schedules, Grounding layout, Underground raceway layouts, Above ground raceway layouts, Electrical Notes and Details, Electrical Equipment Layouts, Lighting Layouts, Work with management in development and establishment of project scopes, budgets and schedules, Oversee staff assignments, evaluations and career development for assigned personnel on the large or several small projects, Lead multiple teams across multiple projects, Coordinate directly with project management and project discipline leads, Develop, monitor and control project costs and schedules, Lead field walkdowns and data gathering at client facilities. We need to keep each as
- .
Skills: valued but not required: Associates Degree in CAD, experience using both AutoCAD and MicroStation, design experience in single-line, relay and metering diagrams (medium-voltage and 480V), familiarity with digital control systems, ability to produce wiring diagrams and schematics, assist engineers with initial design requirements, conceptualize plans, interface with other disciplines, strong knowledge to create interconnection wiring diagrams, conduit/cable schedules, loop diagrams, area classification plans, experience with 3D Lighting Calculation programs, heat trace design preferred, ability to interpret P&IDs, Instrumentation wiring and provide I&C input into P&IDs, ability to travel as necessary.
Also technology & innovation paragraph: interest in learning emerging technologies, experience with AI, automation, programming valued where relevant but not required. Could be added to Skills.
Benefits: list from Health & Wellness etc: Health Plans: Medical, Dental, Vision; Life & Accident Insurance; Disability Coverage; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Back-Up Daycare; FSA & HSA; 401(k) Pre-Tax Commuter Account; Merit Scholarship Program; Employee Discount Program; Corporate Charitable Giving Program; Tuition Assistance; First Professional Licensure Bonus; Employee Referral Bonus; Paid Annual Personal/Sick Time (PST); Paid Vacation; Paid Holidays; Paid Parental Leave; Paid Bereavement Leave; Flexible Work Arrangements.
Also maybe mention "competitive, award-winning benefits" and "Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award". We'll include as prose.
Pay: compensation range $92,270.00 - $140,380.00.
Schedule: hybrid work arrangement: three days in office, two remote.
We must not repeat job title as heading (none). No markdown.
Now produce HTML fragment:
- Review, supervision and providing technical guidance in the production of design deliverables, including:
- Cable schedules
- Grounding layout
- Underground raceway layouts
- Above ground raceway layouts
- Electrical Notes and Details
- Electrical Equipment Layouts
- Lighting Layouts
- Work with management in the development and establishment of project scopes, budgets and schedules.
- Oversee staff assignments, evaluations and career development for assigned personnel on the large or several small projects.
- Lead multiple teams across multiple projects.
- Coordinate directly with project management and project discipline leads.
- Develop, monitor and control project costs and schedules.
- Lead field walkdowns and data gathering at client facilities.
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nested lists, but we could flatten. Simpler: make a single list with each duty as item, and for the sublist we could incorporate into the item text. Eg: "Review, supervision and providing technical guidance in the production of design deliverables, including cable schedules, grounding layout, underground raceway layouts, above ground raceway layouts, electrical notes and details, electrical equipment layouts, lighting layouts." That preserves info. We'll do that.
Thus:
