In this role, you will perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, replacements, and system improvements with a strong emphasis on safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. You’ll represent Bassett Services in the field, ensuring every homeowner receives reliable, high‑quality service. Responsibilities
- Install residential electrical systems including panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, surge protection, and grounding systems.
- Perform service upgrades, rewiring projects, and new equipment installations according to NEC standards.
- Diagnose electrical issues and provide clear, professional recommendations to homeowners.
- Ensure all installations meet local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and system operation.
- Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and other field technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and job status.
- Uphold Bassett Services’ standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices and new technologies.
