Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel across multiple commercial projects.
- Cookordinate manpower planning and field operations to meet project schedules.
- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex construction challenges.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and quality standards.
- Monitor labor productivity, project schedules, and field performance.
- Partner with Project Managers and company leadership to execute successful projects.
- Develop future field leaders through coaching, training, and mentorship.
Requirements
- 15+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple job sites, crews, and field supervisors.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Experience with scheduling, manpower planning, labor productivity, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).
