Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages field crews, including Apprentices, Journeymen, and Foremen, ensuring project execution meets quality and safety standards.
- Oversees daily project operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, and upper management regarding project progress and challenges.
- Allocates manpower, tools, and equipment to optimize project productivity.
- Captures and coordinates with General Contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Plans and schedules electrical installations from layout to final inspections, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Mentors and trains field employees, promoting professional development and technical growth.
- Solves conflicts and addresses on-site issues to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Participates in project planning meetings, offering insights to enhance project outcomes.
- Implements industry best practices and company standards to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Ten (10) years of experience in the electrical construction industry, with leadership experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Preferred: Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Experience managing multiple mid- to large-scale electrical projects.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Work Environment
- Medium work environment.
- Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to uncomfortable and hazardous physical, ergonomic, and/or emotional environment.
- Work requires lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing protective equipment.
- Exposure to environmental conditions, weather, climbing, crawling, lying, and working under pressure.
