Responsibilities
- Managing projects including budget and completion time
- Maintain company safety standards
- Developing construction project schedules and continually monitoring and adjusting as needed
- Contributing to the installation or directing others during the installation and troubleshooting process
- Effectively coordinating manpower needs
- Completing competitive pricing comparisons for materials
- Coinciding and placing material orders
- Maintaining compliance with company NFPA70E policies, State, and Federal OSHA safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the electrical trade
- Physical requirements: Exposure to construction site environments, heavy physical work, heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of material that may weigh from 50 to 100 pounds, climbing and working from ladders, scaffolds or aerial lifts, standing or walking for long periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling and working in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours at a time.
- Physical abilities: Unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, and the upper and lower back as well as visual acuity and depth perception. Pulmonary capacity must be sufficient to permit the use of an air-purifying respirator if required.
