Electrical Foreman up to $10,000

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and works alongside crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Plans and coordinates daily work activities, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions.
• Ensures compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Interprets blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide accurate electrical installations.
• Collaborates with Project Managers and General Foremen to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Maintains project records, including daily reports and work progress logs.
• Communicates effectively with other trades and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Ten (10) years of experience in the electrical construction industry, with leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Experience working in industrial, water, wastewater, and hazardous environments.
• Experience leading teams on mid- to large-scale projects.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge of electrical systems, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and coordination.
• Skills in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
• Skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.
• Ability to supervise, train, and mentor field crews effectively.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and project requirements.

Work Environment

• Medium work environment.
• Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to uncomfortable and hazardous physical, ergonomic, and/or emotional environment.
• Work requires lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing protective equipment.
• Exposure to environmental conditions, weather, climbing, crawling, lying, and working under pressure.
