About the role
Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner with a national presence but local approach. The Project Manager leads mission-critical projects and electrical teams, overseeing teams of electricians and apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Leading Teams: Assign tasks, set expectations, and ensure safe, efficient work completion. Provide feedback and evaluations.
- Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing skill enhancement opportunities.
- Work Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines, coordinating with project managers and other trades.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations. Implement corrective actions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA and company guidelines.
- Material and Equipment Management: Manage procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance to avoid delays.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, leading mission-critical projects and teams.
- Ability to develop construction schedules and adjust as needed.
- Ability to coordinate manpower needs and lead cross-functional communications.
- Ability to coordinate material orders and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Strong preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing project requirements, and occasionally work evenings and weekends.
- Potential Hazards: Exposure to extreme temperatures, manufacturing environments, confined spaces, noise, and odors.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and proof of insurability.
