Electrical Foreman - Central MN

Responsibilities

• Use experience to lead a team of 3-15 people
• Work on-site, managing projects, communicating needs, and upholding safety standards
• Ensure effective resource utilization to execute projects successfully
• Set the safety tone through active participation in Interstates' behavior-based safety program
• Build productive relationships with onsite client representatives and allied trades
• Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve their full potential
• Understand and work according to the project plan for successful execution
• Have overall responsibility for keeping the project and crews safe

Qualifications

• Desire and experience on-site industrial electrical projects
• Some experience leading a crew
• Desire to be part of building a team and a culture
• A state-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent)

Location/Travel

This position requires travel within a 200-mile radius of Brainerd, MN. Applicants must be permanently located in or around the office location or willing to relocate. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Per diem and mileage stipends are applicable per company policy.

Work Schedule

Start times, break times, and work hours vary per site and project stage. Employees work more than 40 hours per week but no more than 60, prioritizing safety. Weekend work may be required occasionally.

Work Environment

• Exposed to high/precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and all outside weather conditions
• Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces
• Noisy environment
• May involve tasks in an environment exposed to dust

Compensation

$41.00 to 50.00 per hour (DOE)
