Join Royal Electric Company as an Electrical Foreman, leading projects throughout the DFW Metroplex. You’ll coordinate with Superintendents, GCs, Subs, and customers to manage project schedules, teams, and deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Manage teams of electricians to complete projects on time, within productivity goals, and safely.
  • Supervise and direct field personnel, typically overseeing a team of 10+ employees.
  • Establish performance goals and motivate crews to meet or exceed them.
  • Lead and manage crews comprising apprentices, journeypersons, crew leaders, and lead persons.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to align with project objectives.
  • Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction by reviewing project documents, resolving construction challenges, and fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Enforce and promote high-quality and safety standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees on designated scopes of work.

Requirements

  • Active Journeyman Certification in the State of Texas (include certification number when applying).
  • Electrical skills, including plan reading, layout, conduit bending and install (EMT, PVC, and RMC), feeder/branch wire pulling, light fixture install, lighting control make-up, single line distribution, and wiring device trim out.
  • Willingness to work in the field full time with crews you are managing.
  • Experience as a Foreman or in a lead capacity overseeing and directing crews.
  • Proficiency with hand power tools, computers, or iPads.
  • Reliable transportation and your own hand tools.
  • Ability to utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone for project management.
  • Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA70E, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Basic computer and writing skills.
  • Ability to meet typical physical demands of field work (e.g., lifting 50 lbs, standing for extended periods).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.

Pay

Salary Range: $46.00–$58.00/hour. This is a private base rate. The position is Prevailing Wage/Davis Bacon eligible depending on project assignment, with additional fringe benefits potentially applicable per project wage determination.
