About the role
Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner with a national presence offering services like Critical Electrical, Mechanical & Structural, Soft Crafts, Inspection, Underground Maintenance and Installation, and Fabrication. The Project Manager leads mission-critical projects and teams, working closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and customers.
Responsibilities
Leading Teams: Assign tasks, set expectations, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work. Provide feedback and evaluations.
Training and Development: Train new hires and team members, provide development opportunities.
Work Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines, coordinate with project managers and trades.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, identify and correct deficiencies to maintain quality workmanship.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies, conduct safety meetings, ensure proper PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
Material and Equipment Management: Manage procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, leading mission-critical projects and teams.
Ability to develop construction schedules and coordinate manpower and cross-functional communications.
Strong preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications.
Qualifications
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Walk 2 miles per day, stand, stoop, crawl, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, drive if required.
Potential Hazards: Exposure to extreme temperatures, manufacturing environments, confined spaces, noise, odors, limited visibility, and heights.
