Responsibilities
- Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to DDE's quality standards.
- Oversee a team of electricians, providing guidance, problem-solving, and support throughout installations.
- Perform electrical installations and repairs while coordinating and directing crew activities.
- Uphold safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks, providing a secure work environment for all team members.
- Document project progress, communicate updates, and collaborate closely with the management team.
Requirements
- Must hold a California General Electrician's License.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook); experience with Bluebeam preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively and maintain project timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with a team while also taking initiative in a leadership role.
- Ability to perform hands-on work, operate tools, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in electrical construction.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and electrical industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule
