Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations for crews of 8–10 electricians and apprentices on industrial project sites
- Plan and assign daily tasks, track crew productivity, and maintain a safe and organized jobsite
- Cookordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure milestones are met
- Monitor and maintain electrical quality standards, ensuring all work complies with NEC regulations
- Manage truck stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays and maintain readiness
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field-level solutions efficiently
- Maintain accurate daily reports, including manpower, progress, and material needs
- Participate in safety meetings and lead by example to uphold jobsite safety protocols
- Support and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of learning and accountability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, controls, and NEC compliance
- Proven ability to lead and motivate crews in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital tools to communicate and track progress
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday
- Overtime and weekend work as needed based on project needs

- Primarily local work with occasional travel opportunities (per diem provided)
