Electrical Foreman
About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Foreman to join our team at Rogers Electric. This position oversees electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels, performs quality control testing and troubleshooting, trains, supervises, and assigns duties to crew members, enforces job site policies, accurately completes documentation and correspondence, reads blueprints, runs conduit, wires, and terminates devices, manages service upgrades for new and existing retail clients, efficiently orders, receives, and distributes materials, and communicates with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels
- Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues
- Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members
- Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion
- Accurately complete documentation and correspondence
- Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices
- Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients
- Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials
- Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial electrical experience, license preferred
- Proficient in electrical system installation
- Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Able to lift, move heavy objects, and work on ladders
- Basic computer skills, Procore preferred
- Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required
