Day in the Life

  • Lay out work and ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are in place ahead of time.
  • Cookordination crew scheduling with the Project Manager and/or General Superintendent.
  • Take ownership of production, QA/QC, and crew scheduling on smaller projects.
  • Complete required paperwork and coding.
  • Initiate and monitor the safety program in the field.
  • Cookordinate with other trades, prepare detail drawings, and communicate directly with the General Contractor and inspections as required.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Current electrical license.
  • OSHA 30 minimum.
  • Six or more years of previous commercial/industrial electrical experience.
  • A high level of planning, organization, and field leadership ability.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for production, QA/QC, safety, and scheduling.
  • An efficient knowledge of all scopes of construction and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site.
