About the role
The electrical foreman is a critical leadership role with a significant impact on project success, ensuring high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Foremen at Power Design have access to innovative technologies in the field—including fully equipped iPads—and travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, for customized training courses.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including management of material and manpower.
- Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
- Utilize technology such as company-provided iPads and smartphones to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
Requirements
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- At least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
- Active journeyman or master electrician license.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Basic computer and writing skills.

Pay
$78,000 - $125,000 annually.
