About the Role
The electrical foreman is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring project success through high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Foremen at Power Design leverage innovative technologies, including fully equipped iPads, and receive customized training at our 16,000-square-foot facility in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee assigned scope, including material and manpower management.
- Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
- Utilize company-provided technology (iPad, smartphone) to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience as a skilled field supervisor managing scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
- Active journeyman or master electrician license.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Basic computer and writing skills.
