Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building control systems
• Ensure high levels of customer service and safety
• Analyze equipment failures and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in reliability-centered maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability
• Engage in continuous skill development through Honda training programs
• Introduce technological solutions
• Foster team collaboration

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience in facilities management, electrical systems, and fire alarm troubleshooting
• Strong communication and safety compliance skills
• Basic computer skills
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to perform physical activity and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work various shifts or overtime
• Demonstrated planning, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities
