Electrical Estimator - Multifamily Projects

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for multi-family residential electrical projects.
• Review drawings, bid documents, and evaluate project requirements to determine labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Solicit and assess pricing from vendors and subcontractors, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure competitive bids and timely submissions.
• Monitor bid schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years estimating experience in electrical/construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's degree in related fields and familiarity with estimating software and bidding processes.
