Position

• Prepare bids/estimates, ensure accurate/on-time/competitive/profitable estimates, takeoffs/pricing/proposals, review plans/specs/scopes/contracts/schedules/drawings/budgets, vendor/sub/material relationships/quotes, and project/team meetings
• Evaluate risks, bid docs/strategies, follow estimating procedures, estimate handoff, job pre-planning, and market evaluation
• Will work on small and large projects up to $10M each

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Estimator on electrical construction projects with computerized estimating software
• Prefer project experience on commercial, industrial, datacenter, or high-tech facilities
• Skilled in attention to detail, communication, and project financials
• Must pass background check and drug test
