Responsibilities

  • Specialise in product development and manufacturing, analysing product development lifecycles, identifying bottlenecks, and developing strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, and grow personal brand and technical expertise.
  • Anticipate client needs, deliver quality, and embrace ambiguity, using it as an opportunity for growth.

Requirements

  • Focused on relationships and skilled in managing and inspiring others.
  • Exhibits knowledge and/or a proven record of success in technology, particularly in areas like electrical engineering, bus and communication protocols, product development, and design documentation.
  • Experience working on high-volume consumer electronics, bringing up, troubleshooting, characterizing, and collecting data of sensors, circuits, and system-level designs.
  • Knowledge of key areas of product design, production plans, and cross-functional product execution, considering downstream effects of design decisions, risk assessment, and mitigation plans.
  • Experience with ECAD tools, MCU/MICROCHIP, battery-operated devices, common buses, sensors, and design validation/testing.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle product development, with an emphasis on RF system design, power supply design, and certification/testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree, with three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000, with actual compensation dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Annual discretionary bonus.
