Electrical Engineer_Senior Associate

In product development and manufacturing, they specialize in improving product development and manufacturing processes, working closely with clients to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful client connections and manage and inspire others.
• Generate new ideas and solve problems using a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques.
• Break down complex concepts using critical thinking.
• Understand broader objectives of projects and how they fit into the overall strategy.
• Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and its changing dynamics.

Requirements

• Focused on relationships and able to navigate complex situations.
• Experience in technology, including knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, common buses and communication protocols, and product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of OrCAD/Allego or similar ECAD tools, MCU/MICROCHIP, battery-operated devices, and design documentation.
• Experience in problem-solving, adaptability, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of full-cycle product development, including RF system design, power supply design, and certification/testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
