Electrical Engineer_Senior Associate

Responsibilities
- Build meaningful client connections and manage and inspire others.
- Generate new ideas and solve problems using a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques.
- Break down complex concepts using critical thinking.
- Understand broader objectives of projects and how they fit into the overall strategy.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and its changing dynamics.

- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Requirements
- Focused on relationships and able to navigate complex situations.
- Experience in technology, including knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, common buses and communication protocols, and product development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of OrCAD/Allego or similar ECAD tools, MCU/MICROCHIP, battery-operated devices, and design documentation.
- Experience in problem-solving, adaptability, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of full-cycle product development, including RF system design, power supply design, and certification/testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
