Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

As an electrical engineer for production development, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for supporting production test development and troubleshooting hardware.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in various hardware and systems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve electrical problems.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Document and report findings, providing recommendations for potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technical teams to enhance system performance.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $95,384.00/Yr. - USD $105,817.00/Yr.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedules with every other Friday off (9/80 schedule).

Workplace

This position is fully on-site at the Pittsfield, MA facility.
