Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for new products and product enhancements.
- Participate in the development of electromechanical systems including rotary motion devices, sensors, and control systems.
- Design, analyze, and troubleshoot motor control and feedback systems.
- Develop schematics, electrical architectures, test plans, and engineering documentation.
- PCB design, component selection, prototype development, and product testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software engineers, manufacturing personnel, quality engineers, and customers to develop innovative solutions.
- Build, test, and evaluate prototypes in laboratory and production environments.
- Analyze performance data and recommend design improvements.
- Participate in design reviews, root cause investigations, and problem-solving activities.
- Support transition of products from development into manufacturing.
- Contribute to project planning, technical risk assessment, and product development activities.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and product performance.

- Technical project leadership.
Education and Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
- Advanced degree is a plus but not required.
- Experience:
- We value demonstrated engineering capability more than a specific number of years of experience.
- Qualified candidates may have developed relevant skills through:
- Professional engineering positions.
- Internships or cooperative education programs.

- Ability to work primarily on-site at the Maumelle facility.
- Ability to use laboratory and testing equipment.
