Responsibilities and Tasks
- Support the development and design of system from initial concept through prototype and low-rate production
- Research, design, develop, and test electrical components, both individually and as part of larger systems
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Aid in developing and maintaining project deliverables, including detailed plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk assessments, issue tracking, and status reports for both customers and internal management
Education, Experience & License or Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience
- Experience applying technical standards, principles, and theories
- Familiarity with Altium or comparable circuit-design tools
- Experience designing circuit boards, cables, and sensor systems individually and as part of a team
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
- US citizenship
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with ISR systems
- Circuit Board Design with Altium or similar
- Experience with cable manufacturing, including crimping and lacing
- Additive manufacturing experience a plus
- FPGA programming experience a plus
- Circuit board prototyping and repair

Pay Range
$71,808 - $118,422 per year
